The staff was friendly and accommodating, helping me with all my needs. The pool area was a good retreat after a busy day, and the breakfast offered a lovely selection of traditional Honduran dishes, prepared fresh.
City noise was distracting.

The location was marvellous yet it was right next to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. There were a pharmacy and a supermarket around the hotel. A safe, TV and a writing table were available in our a double room.

The private parking was on site, excellant service. We had a triple room with a comfortable bed. The location was easy - just off even a La Ceiba trip as well as the town square.

The stay offered a clean room and attentive staff that were consistently courteous and helpful. Breakfast by the pool included good homemade desserts, while the refreshing pool area provided a nice space to relax. Unfortunately, the surrounding city noise was somewhat distracting, and the breakfast process was a bit chaotic due to the ticket management issues, which led to a misunderstanding. The need for better materials instead of styrofoam cups during breakfast would enhance the dining experience.
